In 2022 Duncan began work with an individual who was not fulfilling their potential and felt the weight of expectation. After a good amount of time spent working with her she won her first major championship less than a year later. Not long after she won the Australian Open then started 2023 with a win at the South African Open and recently won on the LPGA Tour. She also climbed to 12th in the world rankings. |

In 2021 this player was introduced to Duncan. He was lying 139th position in the Fed Ex standings. Not long after they began their work he claimed his first PGA Tour win. He finished the season 23rd in the Fed Ex rankings and climbed from 113th in the world rankings to 52nd. After time out from a bad injury, the player was back performing and recently won his second PGA Tour title in 2023. |

Duncan started his work again with this player after previous time together. He had lost his Challenge Tour status and was entering DP World Tour Q School with no full status. Two weeks later he had gained his DP World Tour card. He began his season with some promising finishes and that continued into the next season and less than two years later he claimed his first main tour win. He came close to securing his second win in 2023 but narrowly missed out ending up finishing second in the Alfred Dunhill. |

Duncan began working with a player who was struggling to perform on the Challenge Tour. They began their journey and by the end of the season he had produced solid performances.
He went into Q School with good form and walked away with his playing rights on the DP World Tour. A few months later he finished second in the British Masters and made his debut in the US Open.

This sportsperson began working with Duncan still as a teenager. He simply wanted to fulfil his potential. They began their work which complimented the work he was doing at the club. He progressed through the ranks from Youth team to first team which now sees him play in the Premier League and internationally for his country.
Duncan began working with this individual and after the initial talks about why they believed they had hit a wall with their progress, they started their work and now she is competing worldwide, succeeding at the highest level.
